I was part of the 17% and I think that is high considering most people don’t stick with any quit smoking regimen. No matter what they are using people typically give up and decide they don’t really want to quit or think it will be too hard or the hard part of quitting will last too long. If you stick with it Quit Tea is really going to help.
And to think I was going to talk to smonoee in person about this.
I have tried to quit, but for some reason, I pick up a cigarette 2 days later.. There was a time about 10 years ago, I quit for about 6 months…I don’t know why I started smoking again.. I am a very heavy smoker (1-1/2 packs a day.I don’t have any money to buy anything to help me quit smoking…I would really like to try hypnosis..
Hi Debra. Don’t worry, it happens to many people. Nicotine is extremely addictive and although the withdrawal symptoms will fade after quitting, whatever triggers you have to smoking will always be there. Hypnosis can work, but it takes multiple sessions with a professional. And you have to have the desire to quit smoking, hypnosis will only strengthen your resolve, not create it. Or you can try to recondition your triggers for smoking. For example I tell people using Quit Tea that when they feel the urge to smoking they should immediately go to make a cup of Quit Tea. Over time that trigger will be reconditioned from cigarettes to making herbal tea.
Hey John. Thanks for pointing that out. Yes, most people do not quit for long unfortunately. The success rates of nicotine replacement are astonishingly low, like 6%. It really is all about making a lifestyle change and sticking with it.
I am looking forward to my sample. I don’t remember how came about this website, but I sure I hope I like the tea and order. I must quit smoking, I am 40yrs old and already have COPD second stage. I want to be around for my children, 3 are grown but still have a little one at home. I am not sure 1 sample will tell me anything, so more than likely I will have to order just to really be able to know…
Hi Kerry. You definitely have the incentive to quit smoking. One sample bag of Quit Tea should tell you that it is real product that will help, and hopefully you will like the taste of too! When people drink Quit Tea most report feeling calm, not drowsy, just an all over body relaxed feeling. If you like it, order a case, drink 3 to 5 cups a day for 9 weeks, and you will have quit smoking and started a new healthy lifestyle and habit.
I too am looking forward to trying this tea. I have tried twice now to quit. I did cut back. During the week I only smoke 3 a day vs 14. On weekends it was a pack and a half. Now i am up to maybe 6 a day on weekends. I am hoping this tea will help me get through those times when I want to have those 3 a day. For those of us who want to quit..we need to just keep trying!
Hi Cherie. You are absolutely right. You just need to keep trying. And it is especially important to remember that slipping and having one cigarette does not mean that you need to have give up quitting. Cutting back significantly is good progress and you need to keep with it. I hope Quit Tea can help you too. If you are good about remembering to make a cup of Quit Tea when you would normally smoke, it will help! Good luck.
I have been smoking for 25 years. I talk about quitting all the time. I received a sample of quit tea in the mail today that I did not order. I am pretty sure I know who ordered it for me and I love them for it. I am headed to the kitchen now to give it a taste! Thanks for the sample. You may be hearing from me again real soon!!
Hi Jennifer. A lot of people request samples for people they know who might need to quit smoking. I’m glad you didn’t just throw it in the trash! Thank you for trying a cup of Quit Tea. I hope it helps.
