HI Shawn. No, we have not undergone the extensive trials required by the FDA for approval. The products that have undergone those trials for smoking cessation are nicotine replacement therapies such as Nicoderm CQ, Chantix, and Zyban. And although not approved for the indication of smoking cessation doctors prescribe Wellbutrin often. There are many products available on the market that are not FDA approved but certainly will help if you are trying to quit (although they are not supposed to be marketed as such). Quit Tea is one, but cold laser therapy, hypnosis, acupuncture, behavioral modification therapy, electronic cigarettes, lobelia, and a whole list of other herbs and homeopathics are sold to help you stop smoking.
